ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support the coordination of administrative and operational processes across our growing organization. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules and documentation, tracking operational activities, and ensuring efficient communication between departments.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination of daily operational and administrative activities.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Track internal requests, tasks, and operational workflows.
Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and team activities.
Communicate with staff, clients, and external partners in a professional manner.
Update information in company databases and electronic record systems.
Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and record management.
Monitor administrative processes and help ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support onboarding and general office coordination activities as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and workflow organization.
Perform general administrative support duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $22.60 – $23.50 per hour
