ABOUT JOB
The successful candidate will coordinate events and marketing communications to, for, and from our advisors designed to educate and update our clients, and generally oversee our brand continuity in three markets. The position will also assist in the development of digital marketing. They will track existing social marketing campaigns and report on results, coordinating market research evaluation.
This is a fast paced entry level position for the right candidate, with significant opportunity for growth.

Specific responsibilities include:
Monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns;
Submit ideas for new marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand;
Work closely with the advisory and management teams to coordinate our civicand philanthropic engagement in the communities we serve;
Collaborate with the advisory and management teams as our “brand ambassador” to create innovative ways to gain exposure for our services;
Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects
Marketing Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or AA Degree in Marketing or related field
2+ years’ experience working in marketing or communications
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be willing to travel to offsite training sessions and branch offices
Strong communication and organizational skills
