We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on creative content, data analysis, and marketing technology (Martech). In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance. Many of our clients are law firms and local/home service companies. Any experience with local businesses like these would be highly beneficial.

Duties

• Support the management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Advertising
• Collaborate with the team to implement conversion tracking and offline conversion tracking workflows for lead gen clients.
• Lead the creation of landing pages for clients supported by our landing page library and AI tools
• Handle the ideation and creation of images, text copy, and video ads for client campaigns, launching and monitoring ongoing split tests that will improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Comfort level with WordPress
• Comfortable with Google Ads + META Ads
• Strong copywriting skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are?

• Creative – writing ads and creating winning images/videos is critical for this role
• Analytical – You understand conversion data, how to analyze and compare trends, and optimize based on trends inclulding running ad and landing page split tests
• Tech Savy – You have to be reasonably comfortable figuring out things like why tracking isn’t working, install pixels, viewing source code, using browser extension like pixel helper to test pixels etc
• RELIABLE – We need someone who plans to dedicate the agreed hours and work diligently for our clients.

This will be a key support role and can lead to growth opportunities for the right individual.

Pay: $20.00 – $31.36 per hour
