  • Prepare and deliver insights for ongoing or ad-hoc reporting requests to support coaching teams and specialty clients

Manage Client & Operational Processes

  • Prepare and process cancellation requests submitted by coaches.
  • Assist with coach transitions, including increased ad-hoc support, client engagement outreach, and documentation for Client Success Leaders to support migration.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records through CRM tools, Google Docs, and internal systems.

Contribute to Organizational Excellence

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and support teammates as needed to maintain a high-performance operational environment.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of customer service or operations experience; dealership marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM and maintain high levels of accuracy and organization.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
  • Ability to follow established processes and instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort working independently while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Benefits Summary

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Employer-paid disability and life insurance
  • 401(k) with competitive company match
