ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a long-term, reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator/Office Support to join our team. This role involves working closely alongside a close team in administration/accounts and supporting the day-to-day office operations.
Position Type: Part-time
Duties include:
- Daily data entry of invoices and supplier information
- Preparing and processing daily paperwork for consignments
- Cross-checking payments and invoices for accuracy
- General office administration and support
- Working closely with another admin/accounts team member
About You:
- Previous administration or accounts experience preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised, reliable, and able to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a family business environment
- Confident with basic computer systems and data entry
- Able to work well as part of a small team
