ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a long-term, reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator/Office Support to join our team. This role involves working closely alongside a close team in administration/accounts and supporting the day-to-day office operations.

Position Type: Part-time

Duties include:

  • Daily data entry of invoices and supplier information
  • Preparing and processing daily paperwork for consignments
  • Cross-checking payments and invoices for accuracy
  • General office administration and support
  • Working closely with another admin/accounts team member

About You:

  • Previous administration or accounts experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised, reliable, and able to follow processes
  • Comfortable working in a family business environment
  • Confident with basic computer systems and data entry
  • Able to work well as part of a small team
