ABOUT JOB

 

This is a remote position with flexible hours — a great fit for someone self-motivated, organized, and experienced in small business operations who can manage their own schedule while staying responsive to the team and customers. We’re starting at 12–15 hours per week, with the potential to expand as the role and business grow.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to company emails in a timely, professional manner
  • Handle daily QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with drafting, organizing, and tracking customer contracts
  • Field and manage customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Support general office administration and organization as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in small business administration/office management
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks online required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can manage priorities independently while working remotely
  • Comfortable with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, document tools) and reliable internet access
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay

  • Remote, flexible hours
  • 12–15 hours/week to start, with room to grow into a larger role
  • Pay: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience and skillset
