Job Description
JOB DETAILS
We are seeking an office assistant to work full time real estate development and construction office. The position will provide support to the President and Director of Operations of the business as well as help our accounting department.
This position offers someone the opportunity to learn about the real estate development and construction business.
Responsibilities will include:
– Answering phones
-Bookkeeping
– Filing
-Assisting President and Director of Operations with daily tasks
– Taking meeting notes / minutes
– Composing emails
– Assisting accounting department with data entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Requirements
– Friendly and professional demeanor
– Responsible, punctual and adheres to designated work hours and schedule
– Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google calendar
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to problem solve and use common sense
– Detail-oriented
-Bachelor’s Degree required
-Flexible start time, your workday will be 8 hours in office, but you can start your day between 7 am and 10 am.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
