ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for an Office Coordinator to handle the day to day administrative functions for the business. This person would report to the Leasing Manager and Business Development lead and be responsible for answering phones, keeping all advertising and web base programs updated, scheduling showings, coordinating maintenance calls, managing project plans, prioritizing work flows, following up on applications and various other responsibilities and work requested by the Leasing Manager, Owners and Business Development Leader. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School degree, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in computer skills including Excel, Word, Office and other Web based programs. This person must be a self-starter who is focused and very hardworking.
