ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a sharp, trustworthy, and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the principal across business operations and day-to-day logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and equally comfortable coordinating a complex travel itinerary, managing financial records, and handling the practical tasks that keep both the office and household running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and expenses; support bookkeeping and expense reporting workflows
- Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Organize and execute events, meetings, and engagements, both professional and personal
- Take on a wide range of ad hoc projects, providing flexible support across the principal’s business and personal priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, finance, accounting, or a related field)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented; anticipates needs before being asked
- High degree of trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year, commensurate with experience
