JOB DETAILS
Our company looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help manage daily operations and customer communication.
This role involves answering incoming calls, responding to customer emails, scheduling jobs, sending quotes and invoices, and keeping client information organized in our system. The ideal candidate is friendly on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable using basic software and scheduling tools.
You should be someone who can work independently, stay organized, and communicate professionally with customers. Experience in administrative work, customer service, or home service businesses is preferred but not required.
This is a part-time position (10–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling during normal business hours.
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
