ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to support the Director of a growing construction services business.
The primary focus of this role is supporting the Director, with additional office support provided as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and prioritising the Director’s inbox and calendar
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
- Drafting emails, documents, and correspondence
- Following up internal and external tasks to keep work moving
- Assisting with general office administration and coordination
- Providing professional personal support to the Director as required
- Handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
About You:
- 1–3 years’ experience in administration, junior PA, or office support
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
