JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking for a dynamic personal assistant to oin the team.
Responsibilities of the role include:
-Manage the day-to-day activities of the General Managers and provide ad hoc support to their teams
-Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchaser requisitions
-Oversee and coordinate Management diaries, which will include scheduling and calendar planning.
-Coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders
-Provide Administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
-Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the General Manager
-Coordinate travel (including international) and accommodation arrangements.
-Communication with client representatives, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders as needed
To be successful in this role you will be:
-Able to thrive in a dynamic and busy environment
-Previous experience in similar role
-A highly organised individual who can prioritise multiple conflicting deliverables
-An excellent people person with well-developed communication skills
-Able to treat sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
