ABOUT JOB
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This varied role combines executive support, office coordination, HR administration, IT asset management, and afternoon school pick-ups during term times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Front Desk
- Answering phone calls
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and general day-to-day operations
Executive Support
- Provide personal assistant support to the CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and ad hoc administrative tasks
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Perform general HR administration tasks as required
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident manner when engaging with staff, visitors, and children
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or personal assistant roles
- Competency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, email, calendar systems)
- Flexible and adaptable, able to balance varied responsibilities
