ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in a dynamic, part-time role. This position offers flexibility, including family-friendly hours and a dedicated work-from-home component.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will provide high-level executive support while also assisting with project coordination, vendor communication, and marketing tasks. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

We offer flexibility in engagement, with options for part-time employment or subcontracting arrangements.


Work Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30am – 2:30pm
  • Tuesday: 2 hours (work from home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound phone and email enquiries, along with outbound prospect calls
  • Provide executive support including calendar, inbox, and communications management
  • Manage social media, website updates, and marketing communications
  • Oversee invoicing and general office administration
  • Maintain CRM database and accurate sales records
  • Liaise with agents, vendors, and referral partners to coordinate property sales
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including:
    • Coordinating inspections and advertising campaigns
    • Managing vendor communications
    • Preparing sales documentation and weekly reporting
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently within part-time hours while maintaining high standards
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and relationship management

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively in a structured part-time role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/digital systems
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently, including during remote work periods
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the business
