ABOUT JOB
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with document management, contracts, and confidential records.
- Coordinate and track real estate transactions, project timelines, and deadlines.
- Handle personal and business tasks with discretion and professionalism.
- Take meeting notes, follow up on action items, and help ensure goals are met.
- Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and off-site activities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or development is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
