ABOUT JOB
We are looking for an experienced Personal Executive Assistant to support the day to day running of our branding and marketing agency.
This role is built on trust, organisation, and follow-through.
You will work closely with the founder, helping keep both work and life running smoothly. You will support with organising projects, coordinating people, keeping communication flowing, and making sure things don’t get stuck or forgotten.
While there is some operational and project coordination involved, this is first and foremost a Personal Executive Assistant role. You will be supporting the founder directly, helping bring structure, calm, and momentum to the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your work will include a mix of organisation, coordination, and hands-on support, such as:
- Organising and managing day to day client work
- Coordinating tasks between the designer, writer, and web developer
- Helping keep timelines and priorities clear
- Following up with clients for content, approvals, and feedback
- Uploading and formatting blog content on WordPress sites and supporting basic website updates
- Scheduling social media posts
- Completing simple tasks yourself where it makes sense
- Supporting general business admin and personal admin for the founder
- Helping keep systems organised and up to date
We use tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI to help reduce admin and keep things running smoothly. You don’t need to be technical, just comfortable using modern tools and learning as you go.
