ABOUT JOB

 

Our client  is seeking a dependable, professional Remote Receptionist who will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the Founder. This role combines front-line customer communication with executive-level administrative support.

This remote position requires strong communication skills, organization, discretion, and the ability to professionally represent our company when speaking with clients. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both customer service responsibilities and executive support tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming business calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond promptly to client text messages
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments
  • Contact existing clients from our database to:
  • Follow up on past services
  • Check on customer satisfaction
  • Offer and schedule maintenance appointments
  • Accurately enter detailed call notes into our system
  • Submit service requests to dispatch for Riverside County
  • Maintain clear communication with office management and dispatch

Personal Assistant Responsibilities to the Founder:

  • Manage calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Assist with email management and follow-ups
  • Organize digital files, documents, and client records
  • Assist with light operational coordination and internal communications
  • Support special projects and ensure task follow-through
  • Help maintain organization and structure in day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, call center, customer service, or executive assistant experience preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
  • Tech-savvy (CRM systems, texting platforms, scheduling software, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, professional home workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation

  • $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Commission opportunities based on performance

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
