JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer support to visitors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Support office management activities by handling incoming mail, managing visitor logs, and overseeing basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries accurately and supporting clients or patients in person or over the phone
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and proofreading documents
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, time management skills, and attention to detail in all tasks
