ABOUT JOB
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, greet guests, support administrative functions, and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Respond to general inquiries and route requests to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records and office information.
- Support office events and other administrative projects as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred.
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
