ABOUT JOB

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, greet guests, support administrative functions, and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

 

M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Flexible

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Respond to general inquiries and route requests to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and office information.
  • Support office events and other administrative projects as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred.
  • 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
