ABOUT JOB
Our company is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, multitasking, and supporting a busy office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule in-home estimates and appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and change orders
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and documentation
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and files
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday: Off
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $60,000–$65,000, based on experience
