JOB DETAILS

We’re looking for a Recruiting Assistant who can bring energy and organization to our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work within our Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
• “Support the recruitment function through candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checking.
• Coordinate new hires onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Support Human Resource team with administrative functions

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates strong follow-through and task completion.
• Outgoing, approachable, and confident interacting with people
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets
• Bilingual a plus
• Experience and knowledge in a manufacturing environment preferred
