Job Description
ABOUT JOB
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day administrative support
-Assist with client the client enrollment process
– Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and respectful communication
– Support team members with scheduling, document preparation, and project coordination
– Track, update, and organize data using Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, reports, data entry)
– Assist with intake processes, document management, and follow-up communications
– Balance and prioritize the needs of clients and internal team members – Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
-Other responsibilities as needed
-Attend community events
Required Skills & Experience
– Proficient in Gmail, Google Workspace Applications, and Healthcare systems, Excel mental health knowledge
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and support others – High attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in a nonprofit, social services, or community-focused organization – Familiarity with intake processes and client support
– Understanding of underserved populations
-Work schedule starts at 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Friday
-BA/B.S. in social work, behavioral services, humanities preferred
Compensation: Monthly compensation $4000 ($2000 paid bi-weekly or $4000 paid monthly)
Pay: $4,000.00 per month
