 Our client is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative to drive growth within the mid-market segment in Sydney. In this role, you will qualify new sales opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with Account Executives to close sales effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in high-volume inside sales, particularly within mid-market.
  • A track record of exceeding targets in the mid-market sector.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and qualifying new sales opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  • Exceeding sales targets and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand mid-market clients’ needs.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives for smooth handover of opportunities.
  • Generating interest through inbound follow-ups and outbound calls/emails.
  • Maintaining a database of mid-market prospects.
