JOB DETAILS
Main Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Deliver hands on demonstrations with our customers, showcasing the unique benefits of Dyson products across the Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care and Professional categories
- Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual KPIs, including daily, weekly and monthly sales whilst delivery a high standard of customer service
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area, always looking for opportunities to increase Dyson in-store presence
- Build strong relationships with store management and staff
About You
You will understand retail principles such as visual merchandising and sales targets along with a keen interest in technology with the ability to communicate how machines work differently. A high standard of personal presentation and excellent customer service is paramount.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Availability for permanent weekend work
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Experience within a premium retail environment is advantageous
- A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex information simply
- Ability to work independently
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Determination, passion and drive for results
- Hard working, ambitious approach to all that you undertake in giving in-depth bespoke consultations to answer every customer’s questions
