JOB DETAILS

 

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Branch Office Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, screening calls, and directing them to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Oversee compliance on transactions to maintain accurate records and ensure proper adherence to the Department of real estate guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office functions. Send out contracts and track payments
  • Perform bookkeeping duties utilizing Smartsheet to track expenses, invoices, and financial transactions
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is preferred

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
