ABOUT JOB
Our company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phones and route calls/messages appropriately
- Assist with invoices, work orders, and basic paperwork
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and track office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and field personnel
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Construction or trade industry experience is a plus, but not required
