ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and enjoys working in a small business environment. You will be a key point of contact for clients and play an important role in keeping our scheduling, billing, and administrative functions on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls between clients and field crews
  • Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate client records and update job files in a timely manner
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization
  • Draft correspondence, forms, and other documents as needed
  • Support the owner and team with administrative tasks as they arise

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working with billing software or willing to learn
  • Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus
  • Offers contingent on drug testing and background check.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time hours (schedule to be discussed)
  • Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
