Job Description
JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team . This position primarily focuses on administrative and document-related duties to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is responsible, efficient, and comfortable working with business documents, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare and format business documents, letters, and reports.
- Enter and update information accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
- Verify labels, product specifications, and packaging information before submission to customers.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate before shipment.
- Support management with document preparation, record keeping, and various administrative projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in documents and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive) is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
