JOB DETAILS

 

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team . This position primarily focuses on administrative and document-related duties to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is responsible, efficient, and comfortable working with business documents, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Organize, scan, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents.
  • Prepare and format business documents, letters, and reports.
  • Enter and update information accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
  • Verify labels, product specifications, and packaging information before submission to customers.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, certifications, and compliance documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate before shipment.
  • Support management with document preparation, record keeping, and various administrative projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
  • Perform other office-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in documents and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive) is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
