JOB SUMMARY
As a personal assistant,You’ll be the go-to person helping to keep the wheels turning across admin, operations, and day-to-day coordination. One minute you might be organising travel, the next you’re helping streamline a process or following up on key actions.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, is naturally organised, and takes pride in making things run better
Role Details & Flexibility
- This role will commence as a part-time casual position (20–25 hours per week)
- There is strong potential for increased hours and a permanent position for the right person
- We offer flexible working arrangements, including hours that can be structured around family or personal commitments
- Remuneration will be reviewed based on performance, with opportunity for growth as the role evolves
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Supporting day-to-day admin across the team
- Assisting with accounts coordination (invoicing, follow-ups, liaising with bookkeeping)
- Preparing documents, presentations, and basic reports
- Following up on tasks and keeping projects moving
- Helping improve and document internal processes
- Acting as a central point of coordination between team members
- Booking and organising travel (domestic & international)
